Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs
Art prints (8x10 and 11x14): $4.95 flat per order, any size, any quantity.
Everything else: free shipping.

Processing and delivery times
Art prints ship within 1 to 2 business days. Everything else is made to order within 2 to 5 business days, then ships. Most orders arrive about 5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with more than one type of item may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday season
From mid-November through December, our print partners get very busy, so orders may take a little longer than usual.

Address changes
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we’ll do our best to update the address.

Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but your package isn’t there, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors, then email us and we’ll help.
