Made to Order
Every Retro Pets item is made just for you by one of our US production partners, and we pay them upfront the moment your order comes in. That’s why our policy works the way it does.

Our promise
If we made a mistake (wrong item, misprint, flaw, or damage in transit), we’ll replace it free or refund you in full.

30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item (Our Fault)

• Email us a photo and a short description within 30 days.
• We’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full.
• No need to send anything back. Keep the original.

Personalized Items
We print exactly what you type, so please double-check spelling before you order. Personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged unless the mistake is ours.

Changed Your Mind
Because each item is made to order and paid for upfront, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. Your bank may take another 3 to 10 business days to post it.

• Change of mind
• Personalized items, unless the mistake is ours
• Final sale items and gift cards
