Made to Order

Most Retro Pets items are made specifically for you by one of our production partners. We pay them upfront, which is why our return policy works the way it does below.

Our promise: If we made a mistake (wrong item, misprint, flaw, or damage in transit), we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full.

30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a return or reprint.

Our Fault (Damages, Misprints, or Wrong Item)

  • Email us a photo and description within 30 days.
  • We'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full. You won't pay return shipping.

Refunds (Where Applicable)
For approved refunds, we'll issue payment to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post it.

How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Reprint
Email hello@retropets.com with your order number and a brief note (for example, "damaged item" or "personalization error"). We aim to reply within 1 business day.
