HOLIDAY SHIPPING

If you're trying to get an order delivered by Dec. 24th, it's best to choose Priority or one of the UPS options. We ship from Santa Fe, NM. Also, we don't offer tracking on Priority mail. The only sure thing at this point is 2nd Day Air.

HOLIDAY BREAK

The Retro Pets Gallery will be closed from Dec. 22 - Jan 1st. Any orders placed during the break will ship when we get back the first week of January.

RETAIL orders normally ship out within 2 business days.

WHOLESALE orders normally ship out within 2-7 days. Please call if you have a reason you need your order more quickly.

If you choose 1st Class or Priority there's no tracking number so just be aware of that.

If you choose 2nd Day or Overnight shipping we will get it out the next business day for you, and possibly the same day if it's early enough. Please call if you're concerned: 866-992-1930
